Inspection Comments   COOLERS WERE NOT HOOKED UP AT TIME OF INSPECTION. 1. MAKE SURE ALL CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL IS REMOVED FROM SITE. 2. REMOVE ALL TOOLS FROM SITE. 3. CLEAN ALL EQUIPMENT AND SANITIZE ALL EQUIPMENT REMOVE ALL DUST. 4. CLEAN ALL FLOORS, WALLS AND CEILING. 5. REPLACE ALL CEILING TILES. 6. MAKE SURE ALL EQUIPMENT IS HOLDING PROPER TEMPERATURES AND IN GOOD WORKING ORDER.
HACCP Topic: MAKE SURE ALL EMPLOYEE'S WASH HANDS, WEAR GLOVES, USE MASK AND SOCIAL DISTANCE BY AT LEAST 6 FEET.
